OUR MISSION

Our mission is to support LGBTQ people’s wellbeing and development in the Inland Empire, CA. We create safe spaces and support groups, offer educational programs and mentorship for youth, and conduct workshops to raise awareness about LGBTQ issues. We advocate for comprehensive healthcare, provide mental health services, and promote HIV/AIDS prevention. Our programs address homelessness, offer job training, and provide financial assistance. We celebrate LGBTQ contributions through arts and media, conduct research to inform our initiatives, and advocate for inclusive laws and policies. Together, we strive to combat stereotypes, promote visibility, and ensure equality for all LGBTQ individuals.

OUR VISION

As Inland Empire Prism Collective, we envision a world where the LGBTQ community in the Inland region can thrive and not just survive. Where access to safe and supportive, identity-affirming services are easily accessible. An environment where our basic needs are met and exceeded in health and wellness, camaraderie, and housing. Through mutual aid and enrichment, cooperation and community — IEPC advocates for Queer/Trans youth and adults by providing opportunities for leadership and peer collaboration necessary for long-term community sustainability.
